Leadership Is More Than A Role

I believe leadership is one of the most powerful opportunities for growth, contribution and impact.

Throughout my career, I have been fascinated by the relationship between personal growth and leadership effectiveness. Time and again, I have observed that leadership challenges are rarely just about skills. More often, they are invitations to expand our awareness, capability and capacity.

As leaders evolve, their ability to create meaningful impact evolves with them. This belief became the foundation of my work and what I now describe as Leadership Evolution.

My Background

My career began in Financial Services, where I spent more than 15 years working with KPMG in Sydney and London, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant provide assurance services to organisations operating in complex and highly regulated environments.

This experience gave me a deep understanding of business, leadership, performance and the realities of operating under pressure.

At the same time, I became increasingly fascinated by the relationship between human growth and leadership effectiveness.

I was curious about where technical capability ends and leadership begins, and how mindset, beliefs, emotions, awareness and state of being influence the way we lead, collaborate, make decisions and create impact.

This curiosity led me to explore coaching, human behaviour, mindset and personal growth, seeking to better understand the relationship between the inner world of the leader and the outer results they create.

Over time, I came to see that leadership is not simply about what we know or what we do. It is also shaped by who we are becoming.

Over the past decade, I have integrated these disciplines with my business experience to support leaders in navigating complexity, achieving meaningful outcomes and expanding their leadership impact.

How I Work

My work spans executive coaching, leadership development and strategic facilitation.

I partner with ambitious leaders seeking to expand their leadership, influence and impact through one-to-one coaching and tailored development experiences.

I also work with organisations to design and facilitate bespoke leadership programs that strengthen leadership capability, communication, influence, executive presence and organisational effectiveness.

Whether working with an individual leader, a leadership team or an emerging talent cohort, my focus remains the same: helping leaders consciously embrace the opportunities leadership provides for growth, contribution and impact.
