Program Overview

This program, founded on neuroscience and 25+ years research, is designed to teach leaders how to create the changes within in order to experience the outer changes in organisational performance, engagement and culture.

Developed by Dr Joe Dispenza, Researcher & NY Times best selling author, this program is teaching companies all around the world how to overcome stress to create a vision of the future and effect sustainable change in a constantly evolving world. In the process, Leaders become more resilient, engaged, inspired, innovative and agile.

Program Outcomes

At a foundational level, leaders will:

Program Format

  • The workshop is held as a one to two day event depending on your needs and delivery is flexible

  • In person or on-line

  • Program is highly interactive & includes excellent useable take home materials

  • Post workshop is a 30 day integration period where participants follow a 30 day journal for change

  • Post workshop weekly touch points with your facilitator

  • Executive and/or team Coaching (optional)

  • Internal training of change agents (optional)

  • Facilitation of ‘work outs’ utilising program models & teachings (optional)
