Overcoming life long general and social anxiety

Overcoming fear & panic attacks to swim Iron-Man race

“There is no doubt in my mind that working with Holly helped me overcome a huge fear of mine to swim in the ocean.  Whilst I wanted to be able to swim and participate in triathlons, I would regularly start panicking before entering the water and occasionally experience panic attacks while in the ocean. Releasing emotional stress for clarity and confidence

I started seeing Holly over a year ago after a personal situation left me feeling anxious and depressed.  I had heard about coaching but didn’t know too much about it and went in nervous and a little reluctant.  My first session with Holly was amazing – Holly really honed in on the emotional stressed and helped me find a way to release it and management stress more effectively on a day to day basis.  Using a combination of Life coaching, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Reiki.  Holly’s energy, professionalism and warmth has had a profound effect on my self-worth and future goals, so much so that friends, family and colleagues have noticed the change in my behaviour, a sense of lightness, confidence and self love, which I now embrace daily.
