Program Overview

This program is designed to optimise the wellbeing of your team to enrich their mental and emotional wellbeing creating a positive impact of calm and clarity within them and their team. Delivered in bite-size chunks, our wellbeing programs are delivered as a mini-series which gives teams the opportunity to connect in a space beyond their day to day work obligations as well as time to digest and integrate each concept, tool or intention into their day to day working lives.

 Program Format

  • The program is delivered as weekly 30 minute sessions over a period of either 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks

  • Foundational modules are included & bespoke modules can be added to address your teams needs

  • Sessions can either be held online or in person
