Program Overview
This program is designed to optimise the wellbeing of your team to enrich their mental and emotional wellbeing creating a positive impact of calm and clarity within them and their team. Delivered in bite-size chunks, our wellbeing programs are delivered as a mini-series which gives teams the opportunity to connect in a space beyond their day to day work obligations as well as time to digest and integrate each concept, tool or intention into their day to day working lives.

Program Format
The program is delivered as weekly 30 minute sessions over a period of either 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks
Foundational modules are included & bespoke modules can be added to address your teams needs
Sessions can either be held online or in person
