Program Overview

At Coherent Being we run bite size wellbeing mini-series for leaders and their teams to enhance greater self-awareness and mindfulness around personal wellbeing and practical tools to shift out of states of stress and survival and back into balance. 

The wellbeing mini-series contains foundational modules however, we love to tailor bespoke sessions to meet your needs.

Program Outcomes

  • Teaching leaders how to remain calm and centred

  • Leaders feeling less stress and more inner wellness

  • Leaders are taught practical tools to deal with everyday stressors to stay balance & less reactive

  • Greater awareness of self and others



Program Format

This Program is delivered in a layered format:

  • Three series of 6 weekly 30 min sessions over a period of 12 months (18 sessions in total)

  • Weekly Intentions & daily practices (optional)

  • Foundational modules + bespoke modules to suit your leaders needs

  • Optional Discussion Room sessions for Q & A and Sharing

  • One private 1:1 Coaching session for each Leader (additional sessions optional)
