Program Overview
At Coherent Being we run bite size wellbeing mini-series for leaders and their teams to enhance greater self-awareness and mindfulness around personal wellbeing and practical tools to shift out of states of stress and survival and back into balance.
The wellbeing mini-series contains foundational modules however, we love to tailor bespoke sessions to meet your needs.
