Program Overview
“Change Your Mind… Create New Results”is based more than 25 years of research of NYT best-selling author, Dr Joe Dispenza, and looks to equip you with the knowledge, models and tools to create sustainable change within. Designed for executives seeking personal change and transformation.
Program Outcomes
At a foundational level, you will learn:
How the brain works from the perspective of creating change
Key obstacles to change, including stress
How to overcome those obstacles to create sustainable change
The difference between leading from a place of survival and a place of creation
Tools to self-regulate strong emotions & be more coherent
2 models & 4 practical tools for change
A vision and personal development plan to reach that vision

We cover 12 hours of content
You can choose to attend the workshop either as a combined in-person/ online event or on-line only
Program is highly interactive & includes excellent useable take home materials
Post workshop is a 30 day integration period where participants follow a 30 day journal for change
Post workshop weekly touch points with your facilitator for 4 weeks

“I am happy to share my very positive experience following the Change Your Mind Workshop.
My main goal was to become more disciplined in all my tasks – personal and professional . I have noticed a considerable change in terms of being more organised and disciplined. I am a Type A person as it is and can sometimes get lost within too many organisation lists and methods. I now find myself more grounded and disciplined, sticking to my to do lists, working out consistently in the morning.
A very concrete example for me was using the ‘Change Tool’. I had become aware that the morning traffic jams had become a environmental factor that really impacted my mood and productivity. As such, I decided to make a change in my routine, leave my house earlier for work. Since the training, I have been reaching the office within 30 minutes of leaving my home, with fluid traffic. It has been a total game changer in my mood I find myself to be very happy and positive when I get to the office and I get so much more done in the morning instead of being stuck in traffic.
I also have been using a Gratitude Journal for about 6 months now and I have noticed that post the training, my daily gratitude lists are longer as I generally have a more positive mindset. I am on day 23 of my mental rehearsal. I used to meditate using the ‘Calm’ app before and I did not find it hard to transition to the mental rehearsal.
